Gray Ghost Vineyard and Winery was founded by Al and Cheryl Kellert in 1993  and the winery opened its doors in 1994.   A family owned and operated winery, Gray Ghost Winer has made its mark in the Virginia wine industry.

They love to take our guests on public group and private winery tours through the production facility, barrel room, and library, sharing the science, art, and magic of wine-making!

Enjoy an informative and fun winery tour learning about wine production, wine tasting, and your own tastes and preferences.  The owners and wine-makers, Al or Amy, will lead you on a fun wine tasting adventure of over 10 different wines.

During the winter holidays, they share a phenomenal Christmas display of sculptures meticulously made of corks by Al.

The winery produces Vidal Blanc, Riesling, Seyval Blanc, Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
