Hillsborough Winery Brewery and Vineyard
The Baki family purchased the property in 2001 and in 2003, Kerem and his father, Bora, planted each vine by hand. Kerem enrolled in the Enology Graduate program at Virginia Tech and became the winemaker on-site. Tolga, Kerem's brother, leads the brewery development, crafting exceptional beers, while Kerem's son, Mitchell, leads the hospitality team and is in charge of customer experience. The tasting room is beautifully decorated with the art from Zeynep, Bora's wife. ​

Hillsborough Winery, Brewery, and Vineyard is one of the few truly family-operated vineyards, breweries, and tasting rooms in Loudoun County. On the property, they grow Tannat, Fer Servadou, Merlot, Roussanne, Petit Manseng, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc.
